1. Before work begins
If you request cancellation before work has started and before resources have been committed specifically to your order, the order is generally eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Payment-provider fees or non-refundable costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
2. After work begins
Once work has started, any refund is assessed against the uncompleted portion of the order. Completed work, consumed coaching time, earned progress, and specifically incurred costs are generally non-refundable. We may offer a partial refund, service credit, or reasonable opportunity to complete the order depending on the circumstances.
3. Completed orders
Completed digital services are generally non-refundable. If you believe the delivered service materially differs from the confirmed order, contact support promptly with the order number and details so we can investigate.
4. Customer-caused delays or interruption
A refund may be reduced or unavailable when completion is prevented by inaccurate information, loss of required access, customer activity that conflicts with the service, refusal to cooperate, account restrictions unrelated to QQBoost, or a material breach of the Terms of Service.
5. Duplicate or unauthorized payments
Contact support immediately if you see a duplicate payment or believe a transaction was unauthorized. We will review our payment records and coordinate with the processor. You may also have separate rights through your bank or payment provider.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with the order or contact us through your customer dashboard. Include the order number, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots. We will confirm receipt and review the order history before responding.
7. Processing and legal rights
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible. Bank and processor timelines determine when funds appear. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location.
