By accessing QQBoost, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a service.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of QQBoost.
2. Services and order information
QQBoost provides digital coaching, account progression, placement, rank, and related game services. The exact scope, selected options, price, and estimated delivery information shown at checkout form part of your order.
Rank, completion time, and other outcomes can be affected by matchmaking, game updates, service interruptions, customer availability, and publisher actions. Timeframes are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate order and contact information, maintain access to your email, and respond when information or approval is reasonably required to continue the service.
If account access is required, you authorize access only for the purchased service. Do not sign in, queue, or make account changes while a booster is working unless you have coordinated this through the order chat.
- Do not use QQBoost for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Do not provide credentials belonging to another person without authorization.
- Do not interfere with the website, payment process, staff, or other customers.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your QQBoost account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may pause access or an order when reasonably necessary to investigate security, fraud, payment, or policy concerns.
5. Prices and payments
Prices are calculated from the options selected and are verified by our server before checkout. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. QQBoost does not directly store complete card details.
You authorize the selected provider to charge the confirmed total. Currency conversion, bank, or card-issuer fees may be charged separately by those providers.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status and completed work. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms and explains how requests are reviewed.
7. Game publishers and service risk
QQBoost is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Riot Games or other game publishers. Publisher names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Online games and publisher rules can change. You acknowledge that third-party publishers control their games, accounts, and enforcement decisions. QQBoost cannot guarantee that a publisher will not investigate or act on an account.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website and services available, but maintenance, outages, game changes, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays or interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QQBoost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
